I don't often participate in these memes but I really like Janet's "Tell it to me Tuesday", so...here we go.
The topic this week is "Favorite Songs with Names in the Titles". Ooooh...And I have some...yes, I do...
1. "Rhiannon" - Fleetwood Mac : This song was one of my favorites as a kid. It is a little weird, but I seriously wanted to BE Stevie Nicks. Not so much anymore. Maybe for Halloween, though.
2. "Veronica" - Elvis Costello : I love Elvis Costello! LOVE HIM. And this is just a great song.
3. "Billie Jean" - Michael Jackson : Seriously, MJ was my first crush ever. I was five, shut up.
4. "Evangeline" - Matthew Sweet : Always been one of my favorite songs and it reminds me of Tory.
5. "Brandy" - Looking Glass : I really think this might just be because I used to love to sing this to MY Brandy...
I could go on forever with this...("Frank Sinatra" by Cake, "Amanda" by Boston, "Lucille" by Kenny Rogers...) But I won't...
